TERMS OF SERVICE Effective Date: January 1, 2024 These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Africa Trade Monitor ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the africatrademonitor.com website and all associated services, content, and features (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing, browsing, or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may pursue legal remedies through the courts of South Africa. MODIFICATION OF TERMS We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
